Glenthorne Group on behalf of a private joint venture partner acquired a single large run down house in Winchmore Hill. Our in house team obtained planning permission for the demolition of the existing building and the construction of two new build houses and two  flats. The development comprises 16,000 square feet of new build and a 5,000 square foot basement entertainment complex. This project is due to commence Q1 2021 with completion Q3 2022.
