Glenthorne Group acquired an old dissused HMO with substantial structural issues, our in house team obtained planning permission, eliminated affordable housing contribution at appeal and carried out full reconstruction and finishing works. The development comprised 4 new build floors and the creation of a 150 m2 basement whilst retaining the original facade of the building.
