MILE END

As a joint venture Glenthorne Group on behalf of an investor acquired a historic print works in the heart of the East End. Our in house team obtained planning permission for the conversion of the upper parts into 2 self contained flats, a new build mews house and refurbishment of the existing ground floor into a ground floor shop with basement. The development comprised 3 floors of division and refurbishment including a 60m2 basement and 1 new build mews house
