As a joint venture Glenthorne Group acquired an abandoned building in Enfield. Our in house team obtained planning permission for the demolition of the existing building and the construction of 6 new build flats. The development comprises 3 new build floors and a 250m2 basement, completion of the project is scheduled for July 2024.
